Terms of Use

Terms governing use of Systematically.com and its domain-acquisition inquiry process.

Effective September 22, 2026

These terms govern use of Systematically.com. By using the website, a visitor agrees to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the website.

Purpose of the website

Systematically.com presents the Systematically.com domain name and supporting site assets as a possible acquisition opportunity. The business concepts and articles are provided for general information and illustration. They do not represent an operating Systematically.com software company, consultancy, or planning service.

The website does not provide professional, legal, tax, financial, investment, or technical advice. Visitors are responsible for evaluating any business concept and obtaining appropriate professional guidance.

Acquisition inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the domain, create an option, establish exclusivity, or require either side to complete a transaction. No transaction exists until the relevant parties sign a final agreement. Any assets included, price, payment process, transfer conditions, representations, and responsibilities will be set out in that agreement.

Information shown on the website is not a binding offer and may be changed or withdrawn. The website does not support instant checkout. Visitors should not send payment details or sensitive credentials through the inquiry form.

Acceptable use

Visitors may use the website for lawful evaluation of the domain and its published content. A visitor may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, submit deceptive or unlawful material, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that interferes with service, or use the inquiry form to send spam or malicious code.

We may restrict access, block abusive traffic, or decline to respond to requests that appear fraudulent, unlawful, automated, or unrelated to a possible transaction.

Content and intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited viewing and ordinary browser caching are allowed for personal or internal business evaluation. No other license is granted unless stated in writing.

References to third-party names, marks, products, publications, and websites belong to their respective owners. A link or reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership, or sponsorship unless expressly stated.

Ownership of the Systematically.com domain does not by itself establish trademark rights in every jurisdiction or category. A prospective buyer is responsible for trademark, regulatory, technical, and commercial diligence for the intended use.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We may change, suspend, or remove pages and features without notice. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by hosting providers, network failures, maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

External websites

Links to third-party sites are provided for context and convenience. We do not control those sites, their content, or their availability. Use of an external site is governed by its own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount, if any, paid by the visitor specifically for access to this website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every visitor.

Responsibility for misuse

A visitor is responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from that visitor’s unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Questions about these terms or a possible acquisition can be sent through the inquiry form.
